Orders placed by 10 am AEST from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am AEST or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. For US customers, please allow a dispatch timeframe of 2-4 business days.
Please note that during national/public holidays or EveryHuman Launch/Sale periods, processing and delivery times may be longer. For Launch collections and sales, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch due to high-order volumes. Next-day delivery is not available during these periods.

Tax & Duties
When ordering from EveryHuman to the USA, Canada or the United Kingdom, please note:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your country.
- Our prices do not include these additional charges, which are applied by your local customs authority or courier.
USA
Imported goods into the United States may incur customs duties, processing fees, and state sales tax. These fees are calculated on the total landed value (item price + shipping + insurance). When your package arrives, the carrier will bill you directly for any amounts due.
Canada
Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST, provincial sales tax (PST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), plus any applicable duties. Rates vary by province and by tariff classification. The carrier will notify you of the total charges and you will pay before delivery can be completed.
United Kingdom
Orders entering the UK may attract VAT at 20% plus any customs duties based on the commodity code of your goods. If your order exceeds the UK duty-free threshold, you will be invoiced by the courier for all applicable fees before delivery.
Additional Information:
- We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post or your local corresponding international courier directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
- To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
- Customers are responsible for tracking, receiving and collecting their order from the courier provider. This includes parcels that are returned to sender.
- Parcels that are returned to sender can either be shipped back to the customer at their own expense, or refunded (minus the cost of return shipping).
