Returns, Exchange & Store Credit/ Refunds
We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you wanted.
You can return your item(s) within 30 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund if it is unused with the original unmarked box & tags attached.
How to Submit a Return
We want to make the return process as simple as possible for you. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
Key Return Guidelines:
Return Period: All items must be returned and received by us within 30 days from the original delivery date. Returns received after this 30-day period will not be eligible for refunds.
We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame.
Credit/Exchange Value: The value of EveryHuman Credit or exchanges will be based on the original purchase price of the item. For refunds, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding any original shipping costs.
Full priced items can be returned for a refund or 110% store credit.
Cost of Returns:
Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs for International orders.
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping fee of $13 USD will also be deducted from refunds (not applicable if you're requesting store credit).
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping fee of £12 GBP will also be deducted from refunds (not applicable if you're requesting store credit).
Requirements for Your Return:
Items must be in original condition (unworn, with all original packaging and tags attached).
Include your invoice, name, and phone number inside the return package.
Product tags must be attached and in original condition.
The product and its packaging must be in a resalable condition.
Shoe boxes are part of the product. Boxes that are returned unprotected, writing on any packages or with labels/tape will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Shoe boxes must be sent back in a satchel or protective box without labels or sticky tape on them.
If your return does not satisfy the return requirements, the returns team have the right to reject the return. if this happens you will be liable for covering the cost of the return shipping back to you.
Important Points:
Before returning shoes, please ensure that you have tried the shoe on properly by loosening the laces right up to allow for the added width for the zipper to get around the front of the shoe, as well as removing the inner soles to accomodate any AFO or Orthotics. This makes a huge difference to how the shoe fits and after this first adjustment you can go by just the zipper.
Exclusions: For sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear, bibs, chews, earbuds/phones, cups/bottles, socks, beauty products, continence aids, toothbrushes, and hair brushes.
Sale Items: Sale items can only be returned if they are faulty. Please see our SALE return policy for details.
Incomplete Returns: We cannot process returns that arrive without identifying information (invoice, name, phone number). If there is no information, we cannot track the return or issue a refund, credit, or exchange.
How to Add a Return:
Prepare Your Details: Have the email address you used to place the order and your 5-digit order number ready.
Access the Return Portal: Click on the link to our return portal HERE to start your return process.
Follow the Portal Instructions: Enter your details as prompted and follow the steps to complete your return request.
