TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EVERYHUMAN - 6 NIGHT $10K Bali Trip for Two Giveaway ("Promotion")
1. Promoter & Acceptance
1.1 The promoter is EveryHuman Adaptive Pty Ltd of 5/5 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, NSW ("Promoter")
1.2 Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period
The Promotion runs from 10:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 10 November 2025 until 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 7 December 2025 (“Offer Period”), unless extended or withdrawn earlier at EveryHuman’s discretion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers placing orders through this campaign during the Offer Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+ only, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory (“Eligible Entrant”).
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of EveryHuman or its related companies are not eligible to participate.NDIS Orders that are submitted via the NDIS Order Form are not eligible for the Black Friday Cyber Monday Giveaway Prize.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Eligible Entries can be claimed at checkout cart based on their total order value placed on the EveryHuman website during the Offer Period:

5.2 Rewards and entries are stackable. For example, a customer who spends $500+ will receive all gifts and total entries (86 Total Entry Tickets).
5.3 Entries can be claimed directly at cart based on the final cart value (after discounts, before shipping and taxes).
5.4 Orders placed outside the Offer Period or cancelled/refunded will not qualify.
5.5 Unclaimed Free Entries from the cart will not be eligible for the draw.
6. Prize
6.1 Total prize pool: AUD $10,000 (inclusive of GST).
6.2 Prize components:
a) Return economy flights for two (2) adults from Sydney to Bali, Indonesia;
b) Six (6) nights’ accommodation at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, Senur, Bali
c) Daily buffet breakfast at Mayasari restaurant
d) Daily three-course lunch or dinner at Tree Bar
e) Daily afternoon tea at Tree Bar
f) Nightly cocktail per adult at Tree Bar
g) One 60-minute Balinese massage per adult at The Spa at Maya
h) Inclusions valid for two adults
6.3 Travel window: Prize must be taken before 20 December 2026 (dates to be coordinated with the Promoter and supplier, subject to availability and blackout dates incl. public holidays/peak periods). The Promoter will provide the Winner with a 60 day window, once the Prize has been claimed.
6.4 Winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary and share the same accommodation.
6.5 The trip is for two people only, and a support worker may attend as the second person; no additional guests or flights will be provided.
6.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative. The Promoter may substitute any component with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
6.7 All other costs are the winner’s responsibility (e.g., passports/visas, vaccinations, additional transport, activities, incidentals, excess baggage, upgrades, accessibility & dietary requirements).
6.8 The Prize excludes airport transfers within Australia. All costs associated with Australia-based transfers must be paid by the Winner.
6.9 The Prize excludes airport transfers within Bali. All costs associated with Bali-based transfers must be paid by the Winner.
6.10 The Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, Senur, Bali hotel is partially accessible, however there may be some areas of the hotel which are unable to be accessed by a wheelchair.
6.11 Airport & Hotel Dietary and Accessibility requirements must be organised by the Winner.
7. Prize Draw and Notification
7.1 The draw will take place at EveryHuman’s office (or digitally via verified random draw software) on Friday, 9 January 2026.
7.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at checkout within five (5) business days of the draw.
7.3 Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 10 business days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that time, EveryHuman reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7.4 Winners (first name and state or country) may be published on EveryHuman’s website and/or social media platforms.
8. Winner & Companion Conditions
8.1 The winner may nominate one (1) adult companion (“Companion”).
8.2 The winner and Companion must: (a) hold valid passports (min. 6 month expiry);
(b) meet all immigration, visa, and health requirements; and
(c) comply with all airline, accommodation, and government regulations.
8.3 The winner must purchase comprehensive travel insurance for both travelers covering medical, cancellation, and personal property.
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any travel delays, disruptions, changes, cancellations or events outside its control that affect the prize or travel.
9. Conduct, Verification & Disqualification
9.1 The Promoter may request identification and evidence of Bonus Actions (e.g., screenshots, platform handles) and proof of purchase (order confirmations).
9.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries for tampering, technical fraud, bulk/automated submissions, or conduct that jeopardises fair operation.
9.3 The Promoter may reverse or cancel the award of the prize if the winner is later found in breach of these Terms (including misuse, fraud or ineligibility).
10. Privacy & Marketing
10.1 By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes.
10.2 Entrants may opt out of marketing at any time; opting out does not affect valid entries already accrued.
10.3 The winner and Companion consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment, for promotional purposes related to the Promotion and the Promoter’s products.
11. Winner Conduct & Publicity Obligations
11.1 The winner and Companion must not act in any manner which could bring the Promoter, its products, or the Promotion into disrepute.
11.2 If a winner breaches this clause, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke or reclaim the prize and to disqualify the entrant from future promotions.
11.3 The winner and all entrants agree not to make or publish any statement, communication, or representation—whether written, oral, or via social media—that is false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging about the Promoter, its directors, employees, contractors, or products. Any breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in disqualification, revocation of the prize, and the Promoter reserving all rights and remedies available at law, including injunctive relief and damages for defamation or breach of contract
12. Liability, Indemnity & Force Majeure
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, claim, cost or expense (including indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2 The winner acknowledges that international travel involves risks and accepts full responsibility for:
(a) evaluating travel advisories and making independent decisions regarding travel safety;
(b) obtaining adequate travel insurance; and
(c) complying with all local laws, health requirements, and conditions of suppliers.
12.3 The winner and Companion indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates from any claims, costs, damages or losses (including legal costs) arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
12.4 If events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or supplier changes) materially affect the Promotion or prize fulfilment, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion or substitute components of equal or greater value.
12.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage suffered by the winner or their companion during travel or while participating in any activity forming part of the prize. The winner and companion participate entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate travel, medical and personal insurance.
13. Taxes & Costs
13.1 Any tax implications arising from accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.
13.2 Entrants bear any costs incurred in participating (e.g., internet/mobile data, in-store travel, dietary & accessibility) and such costs are not reimbursed.
14. General
14.1 The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver.
14.3 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force.
15. Platform Disclaimers
15.1 The Promotion may be advertised on or accessed via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. These platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer the Promotion. Entrants release these platforms from all liability arising in connection with the Promotion.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
16.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
16.3 In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith; failing resolution within 14 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation in Sydney, New South Wales (mediator appointed by the Australian Disputes Centre). Each party bears its own costs.
