WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Orders made through everyhuman.com.au ship from Sydney, Australia.
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
- For Australian shipments, we utilize Australia Post, Aramax & Couriers Please.
- For international shipments, we utilize Australia Post International. However, last mile deliveries to your countries are done by United States Postal Service (USPS) for USA, Canada Post for Canada & Royal Mail for United Kingdom.
DO YOU SHIP OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES?
Yes! We ship to countries outside of the Australia. If you happen to encounter any trouble at checkout getting a shipping rate, please reach out to us through our contact page. We may need to add your country to our system.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO ME OUTSIDE OF THE AUSTRALIA?
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Please note that each country handles imported goods differently, and any additional charges are determined by the local customs authority.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most countries based on your order value. Once your cart reaches the required threshold, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT DELIVER?

Note: Australia Post handles packages up to customs, after which the packages are handed over to a courier within the receiving country. If you have not received your package within the expected time frame, your package is most likely still in customs awaiting your payment of customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
For both Australian c and international shipments, once our Fulfillment Team fulfills your order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number from Australia Post.
Once the shipments are in the hands of the shipping courier, we unfortunately have no control over the route of the courier nor timing of the delivery. Like the customer, we only have the tracking number to evaluate shipment status.
If a customer fails to claim their order and it is returned to sender:
- If they request a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from their refund amount.
- If they prefer to have the order resent, it will be shipped again at their expense (shipping cost will be charged).
