What’s your warranty?

We’ve got you covered when it comes to our footwear! We want to make sure you have complete peace of mind, which is why we offer a warranty that lasts a solid ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase when you buy directly from everyhuman.com.au. That’s right, we’ve got your back!

Now, let’s keep it real. Our warranty is super awesome, but it doesn’t cover everything under the sun. Unfortunately, any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or even normal wear and tear like those little scuffs, scratches, or faded colors that come with everyday use is not covered.

Oh, and we want to give you a heads up. If you happen to use AFOs (ankle-foot orthoses) or have a unique gait, it’s possible that there might be some extra wear and tear on the shoes. We totally get it, but just know that this kind of additional usage isn’t typically considered a warrantable issue for this particular product.

Yes! We are a small family owned business based in Sydney, Australia. Our small and passionate team fulfills all of your orders from our Sydney warehouse.

Does Everyhuman have a real shop?

We are an online store however we do have a showroom in Macquarie Park, Sydney which is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm by APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you’d like to visit us, send us an email to info@everyhuman.com.au.

Black to the Floor Faux Leather

When I first placed my order I mistakenly picked the wrong size. I emailed asking for it to be amended and was told that as it was a sale the order couldn't be changed. A few days later I placed another order for the correct fitting. Both orders arrived quickly and on inspection the shoes appear to be well made and solid. I tried on the correct shoe and adjusted the lacing to a comfortable fit. Wearing them out the next day I found them very comfortable. Having worn them for several hours I had none of the usual problems you normally get from new shoes. However, I suffer from oedema. As a result my feet can change in size from day to day. This means that often, I can't use the zip as my feet have swollen.
