The Shift was inspired by the Komuso Monks of 17th century Japan. They used a bamboo 'shakuhachi' flute as a healing modality and a method of attaining enlightenment. It promotes the feeling of calm by adjusting your biology through controlled breath.

Instant Calmer + Fun to use!

This actually works! My heart rate is usually at 100-120bpm and after a blowing through my komuso my heart rate goes down to 78-85bpm. Like I usually have to be asleep to have that heart rate! After using my komuso I genuinely feel calmer & less stressed & panicky. I wear it every day. It is so fun to use. And I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙌
