The Shift was inspired by the Komuso Monks of 17th century Japan. They used a bamboo 'shakuhachi' flute as a healing modality and a method of attaining enlightenment. It promotes the feeling of calm by adjusting your biology through controlled breath.

Absolutely Amazing!

I knew The Shift’s Men’s Gold was going to be amazing. When I got it, I was somewhat disappointed about the thickness of the chain. It wasn’t as thick as I had expected it to be. That was fine. However, I had issues with the chain clasp. I was disheartened at this point. Along came Catherine who saved the day for me! Fixed my issues. Helped me through the process. Not only I have a perfect tool to help me overcome my anxieties and panic attacks through controlled breathing, I discovered EveryHuman to be a great company, thanks 🙏 so much to Catherine! Thank you! You’ve no idea how much you’ve helped me especially during these times.
